The Smith Rock Master Plan is ready for public input once again. The third in a 4-part series of public meetings, Oregon Parks and Rec will provide a revised plan based on the three alternatives that the public, project stakeholders, and OPRD’s Core Team weighed in on between October 2017 and June 2018. There are now confirmed locations for the public open houses in both Redmond and Portland.

Over the last 2 days, Oregon Parks & Rec Dept (OPRD) shared the culmination of months of surveys and assessments of Smith Rock State Park's cultural and natural resources and analysis of the facility in 3 separate visions of the park's future.
